Shareholder structure

Basic information in accordance with article 15 of the Belgian "Transparency" Law of 2 May 2007:

• Share capital to EUR 52,682,488.56
• Represented by 21,081,300 shares (the denominator).

Shareholder notifications are required for any participation that equals or surpasses 5% and multiples of 5% of the total number of outstanding shares (the 'denominator'). In such cases, shareholders should make an official notification. Notification forms can be downloaded from the CBFA website. The shareholder structure reflected in the overview hereunder, is based on the notifications received by Movetis in the context of the 'Transparency Law' . A copy of the original notifications can be downloaded when doubleclicking the date of the notification concerned. The right-hand column in the overview refers to the precentages of the participations calculated with the notified number of shares held, but the  but taking into consideration the actually valid denominator (21,081,300).
