Disclosure in accordance with the Act of 2 May 2007

Turnhout (Belgium), 5 February 2010 (5:45 PM CET) – In accordance with the provisions of article 14 of the Act of 2 May 2007 (‘transparency law’), Movetis NV informs that, as a result of the exercise of warrants, the share capital has been increased today with € 115,267.08, bringing it to € 52,682,488.56, by the issue of 46,125 shares, and that as a result the total number of securities conferring voting rights and the total number of voting rights (the ‘denominator’) now amount to 21,081,300.
